The Diamond Project is a prevention and intervention social change initiative that is intentionally designed to promote positive choices and behaviors, enhance social skills and improve academic performance in young girls and young women in the DFW Metroplex and internationally.

As an anchor initiative of GEM Outreach, The Diamond Project empowers young girls and young women through prayer, support, counsel, friendship, reinforcement and constructive example.

Through Christ-centered values, The Diamond Project comprehensively addresses life readiness, college and career readiness, leadership skills, workforce development, financial literacy, mental health, relationships, stress management, social skills, self-discovery and self-exploration while empowering young girls and young women to shine bright and share their light with their families and communities.
